If you feel like raiding the chocolate drawer at work, consider your trigger and see if you can't beat the craving some other way.

- If you're just stressed, consider taking some deep breaths, or doing things like yoga or meditation to lower your stress levels long term.
- If you're tired, eat a piece of fruit or vegetable. They contain natural sugars that will help raise your energy level, and it's a much healthier option.
- If you feel like you've "earned it" because you've been "good" all day, consider if it will really make you feel good to "blow it." Instead, come up with a plan in advance, for example by pre-portioning your snacks.
