As Valentine's Day approaches, Rite Aid is making it easy to share the love online with interactive Facebook greetings, video craft tutorials and a fun Twitter contest.

According to a National Retail Federation survey, women will spend an average of $88.78 making Valentine's Day one of the biggest gift-giving holidays of the year. "History has shown us that, at more than a week to go, women are buying the majority of greeting cards, plush toys, and other sentimental gifts that their families so look forward to receiving on Valentine's Day," said Rite Aid's Executive Vice President of Merchandising Tony Montini. Rite Aid offers hundreds of cards to help women express affection, cozy decorations, and fun gifts. Rite Aid has classroom exchanges covered too with card sets bearing individually wrapped candies or pencils.
